Shipping Carriers

Packages are shipped by the standard carrier that the product's manufacturer uses (Fedex, UPS or USPS). 

Processing & Shipping Times

Processing times are not included in shipping times. Processing times may take 1-3 business days to complete. We do not ship items on weekends.

When do I receive my tracking number?

Naturesacks sends all tracking numbers via email once a package has been shipped. You can also view your orders and associated tracking numbers in your account

Expedited / Overnight / 2nd Day Shipping

EasyCBD does not offer Expedited, Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping. 

Tracking Number Not Working

Please allow up to 1 business day after you receive a tracking number for the status to update. If there is no progress after 1 business day please contact your sales rep or naturesacks@gmail.com

Shipping to APO/FPO / Military Boxes

Naturesacks at this time does not support the ability the ship to APO/FPO mailboxes. We suggest having items shipped to an address in the United States and then having them forwarded to your final destination. 

Wrong Size Purchased

Naturesacks does not reimburse or compensate for customer errors. Please note that you have ordered the correct options. Double check your order and items. The customer is responsible for providing us accurate shipping and billing information. No refunds will be issued should the customer provide incorrect shipping or product information.
